For us at Jaseena International, that energy became action through Jaseena Power Up 2026, held across two days (16th and 17th January). It brought our entire team together to align on the vision, the priorities, and the execution rhythm we’ll carry into 2026. This wasn’t a routine offsite. It was a strategic alignment summit, a celebration of progress, and a clear statement: Jaseena is stepping into a bigger arena in 2026. We reviewed our company vision, our strategic goals, and the wins that brought us here, including a near 30% year-on-year business growth and a major surge in e-commerce sales. Those results didn’t happen by accident. They happened because teams across functions executed consistently, collaborated under pressure, and kept raising the bar. What made Day 1 powerful wasn’t just the agenda; it was the alignment. When every function hears the same direction, understands the “why,” and sees their role in the “how,” execution becomes sharper. Faster. Cleaner. Day 2: Alignment in Execution, Strength in Culture & Mindset The second day took place at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah, where we went deeper, operationally and culturally. Strategy is only as powerful as the system that delivers it. So Day 2 focused on alignment across teams, making sure priorities are shared, ownership is clear, and the year ahead is built on coordination, not silos. A key discussion on Day 2 was also about the future of how we work: a paradigm shift in mindset around technology and AI, and how embracing it across teams can help us unlock our full potential. The conversation wasn’t about tools for the sake of tools; it was about becoming faster, smarter, and more scalable in how we plan, execute, and serve our partners and customers. We concluded the day with big announcements and something equally important: a team-bonding desert barbecue. Away from the meeting rooms and the presentations, it was a reminder that growth is ultimately powered by people, trust, and team spirit.
