Two Days to Align, Accelerate, and Build What’s Next

The new year always arrives with a certain electricity, a moment where reflection meets resolve.
For us at Jaseena International, that energy became action through Jaseena Power Up 2026, held across two days (16th and 17th January). It brought our entire team together to align on the vision, the priorities, and the execution rhythm we’ll carry into 2026.
This wasn’t a routine offsite. It was a strategic alignment summit, a celebration of progress, and a clear statement: Jaseena is stepping into a bigger arena in 2026.
Day 1: Setting the Vision and the Standard
We opened at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef, with conversations focused on what matters most at the start of a high-growth year: clarity.
Day 2: Alignment in Execution, Strength in Culture & Mindset
The second day took place at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah, where we went deeper, operationally and culturally.
Strategy is only as powerful as the system that delivers it. So Day 2 focused on alignment across teams, making sure priorities are shared, ownership is clear, and the year ahead is built on coordination, not silos.
A key discussion on Day 2 was also about the future of how we work: a paradigm shift in mindset around technology and AI, and how embracing it across teams can help us unlock our full potential. The conversation wasn’t about tools for the sake of tools; it was about becoming faster, smarter, and more scalable in how we plan, execute, and serve our partners and customers.
We concluded the day with big announcements and something equally important: a team-bonding desert barbecue. Away from the meeting rooms and the presentations, it was a reminder that growth is ultimately powered by people, trust, and team spirit.
